Custom Oceanfront Elegance on a 50 Foot Lot

This 5,330 square foot custom was designed to capture ocean views. The Mediterranean open plan design reflects the creative use of volume, both interior and exterior, to open the view corridors throughout the structure. The very tight site had to be inclusive of every square foot of usable space, including the custom, negative edge pool design. Cast stone columns on the interior and exterior provoke the elegant Mediterranean theme.

Ben says, "This small site was a challenge for such a large structure. The design executed a perfect use for very little controlled space and afforded spacious views to the ocean."
